Website Updates - Webmaster Notes

Update: Summer 2008

Each year we attempt one major section addition or update. This past year was a majpr update and cleanup and also the addition of all the Super Bowl pages and stats over the years. Behind the scenes we have been adding pages to other sections for past seasons and championships. Many of these pages are "roughrd in" at this time for links and menus and uploading is ongoing.

We are also building up the racing area extensively with addition of many statistics and race results over the years. You will see these pages coming on line over the next months.

Our new look is starting to take shape as we refresh the site with new styling. As I am sure you noticed colors are being expanded, new menus have been added and formats updated.

Foruns and Soapbox:

Well seems that you just can't keep them out anymore. We tried to set up a secure forum area that again has been hacked into by the "scum" of the internet". First we apologize if any of our users attempted to use the area. It has been completely removed fom our servers and the soapbox will once again be a single page posting.

Baseball Area:

Seems that it has been a while since any work was done here. Actually 2003 to be exact. We have a new baseball editor finally on staff and the area has been updated through the College areas, Minor League areas and also the MLB section with the exception of a few team sections.

October sees an update on the minor league champions.

Football Area:

December 2007: college division I,II,III updated including awards. added missing division II conferences and champions. Added details on Div II championships, Updated CFL for Grey Cup and awards. Super bowl detail pages completed.

October: NFL teams updated, including season records. Pointsetta Bowl added page. Updated College Bowl scores and links, along with individual NCAA football league pages. Updated CFL pages. Updated college 1AA football pages. Updated Arena football pages. First time since 2004?? af2 pages updated/ Added AIFA league to indoor football.

Updated records section for anual leaders and individual records.

Updated and moved NFL Europe to inactive listing.

November: updated CFL section including records for Grey Cup games.

Hockey Area:

July 2008: Updated Junior hockey section including classifications and champions.

Updated all Major Jr A pages across 3 leagues including adding new pages for awards for all leagues. Updated the CHL Award pages and all Jr A pages revised to new google ad formats.

College area (men's) updated. Stanley Cup recotds updated along with most of the All Star section updates.

NHL team information pages updated.

Basketball Area

Updated NBA alignment on directory pages. Updated team page information and updated ags and graphics. Some pages reformatted to style sheets. NBA All Star area updated, and WNBA pages redone. All college pages finally redone and updated including womens andCanadian leagues.

Racing Area:

Reformatted and all major series updated in June and addition of first database items for IROC, IRL and starting on Champ Series.

Dec 20, 2007 - updated Nextel/Sprint series with race info and logos...again.

Features:

Updated Tour de France page and added FedEx Cup page to this area. Updated Little League page. Added FedEx Cup page to features area.
