NCAA Division I Hockey Championship Tournament - 1962

The 1962 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey tournament was the 15th such tournament in NCAA history. It was held between March 15 and 17, 1962, and concluded with Michigan Tech defeating Clarkson 7 to 1. All games were played at the Utica Memorial Auditorium in Utica, New York. The ECAC tournament champion and the WCHA tournament champions received automatic bids into the tournament. At large bids were offered to a second eastern team and a second Western team based upon playoff snd regular season records.
